Follow these simple step-by-step instructions to get started and take advantage of our exclusive offer to book your first class at no cost.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Download the Red Owl App

     
  • On your mobile device, locate and tap on the App Store or Google Play Store icon.
  • In the search bar, type "Red Owl Boxing" and press enter.
  • Look for our official app logo.
  • Install the App
  • Tap on the "Install" or "Get" button to download the app to your device.
  • Wait for the installation to complete.

Step 2: Create Your Account

  • Once the app is installed, tap on the app icon to open it.
  • Allow notifications for gym details on classes and bookings.

  • Enter & select your location either "Brampton" or "Scarborough"

  • At the bottom select "Register"
  • Follow the prompts on the screen and enter your personal details to create your account.
    • This includes your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and password.
  • Review and Accept our Studio Waiver

Step 3: Activate Your Trial Membership

  • At the bottom navigate to the Memberships Tab

  • Activate the Trial Class Membership Plan
    • Read the details of which classes are applicable for this trial membership plan

Step 4: Select Your First Class

  • At the bottom navigate to the Timetable Tab
  • Browse through the list of classes and select the one that suits your schedule. Tap on the class to view more details.
  • Review and Accept our Membership Terms & Conditions

  • Tap on the "Book Now" button. A confirmation screen will appear showing that your first class is free. Confirm your booking.
