This program is designed as an outlet for youth to lower stress and depression while developing a more positive self image through boxing fitness.
Adult Boxing is an intense non contact class for members to experience boxing training designed to improve fitness, strength, skills, and self-confidence.
Created to empower and equip our female community with offensive and defensive skills to protect themselves, if ever necessary. Providing a fun, intense workout to help you get into shape.
Group sparring catered to the specific training needs of each participant. This elite boxing experience is for members who are curious about competitive boxing.
Boxers are known to be in the best shape of all athletes. This class will be a combination of resistance training, cardio, strength, agility and all the components needed.
This class is highly recommended for those interested in improving their form/technique to enhance their productivity in the sport of Boxing.
